Hugo’s Churros – an extension of Hugo’s Mexican Kitchen, came to life by Daniel Garcia Consejo not only out of a love for Mexican cuisine, but also out of the lack of readily available, fresh, delicious churros in the Vancouver and lower mainland areas.

We say that our churros are made fresh wherever you crave them, this is because our churro cart is mobile and we are able to offer on the spot churro making services for any party or event – offering 1, 2, or 3 hours of non-stop churro goodness, making up to 200 of our classic, 6″ cinnamon sugar churros.

From shapes to flavors, to colours, Hugo’s Churros can be customized for events from baby showers to graduation parties.
